Man, SHM......Im making this statement because of not what she looks like because of her talent.....Nikki is a BEAST, alot of people will disagree with me but I dont care she is dope as hell for a female, a bad female at that. I think she is the first nice looking female rapper with mad talent and in this game that can take her far. Wayne has got some talent on his squad. She might sound like Wayne at times but she took one of Waynes many flows and made it her own....I fuck with her animated delivery. Buck shot......Jah slummed to me IDK.....Crown Royyal neva heard of him before, but he was ight. He had a decent flow and Joey had some mean linez.....

Release Update PEOPLE!
Just two days ago, Foot Locker reported they would be m oving the release date of the Nike Air Max LeBron VII from October 24th to October 29th. However, they’ve now changed the drop date back to the original day of the 24th of October at Foot Locker and House of Hoops locations. As for the Air Jordan 12 “Rising Sun,” the original release date of October 24th has been delayed, with no later official date yet set. Come on people, this is a grown ass man.....He is a celeb, a entertainer. Beyonce knows that he is gonna be at clubs and is gonna have to talk to, mingle, and laugh with males and females. Its called being a people person. Its hard to see history as its being made, but Jay-Z is Micheal Jackson of Hip-hop....Wayne can claim he's the best, but Jay has a track record that speak for itself....I think Jay will be fully appreciated when he is gone (hopefully no time soon) that how it always goes.....11 number 1 albums in a ROW, now thats beyond consistant, that GREATNESS.

I remember, like it was yesterday, hearing one of my favorite rap records of all time, “Aint’ No N*gga,” while sitting in office and talking about the “Nutty Professor” soundtrack with Kevin Liles. He told me about Damon Dash, who wasn’t looking for just a record deal, he wanted a label. He and Jay weren’t looking to make hit records, they were looking to make history. I knew immediately that I was hearing greatness. But I wasn't clear on who was greater on the record. I loved Foxy Brown at least equally as much. What I definitely didn’t know, back then, is that Jay-Z would surpass Elvis Presley with the most number one albums as a solo artist of all time! It just happened, so naturally…it was like breathing, watching Jay put up number one albums. Damn. 11 in a row.
Looking back at his amazing career, it suddenly dawned on me, that in a hundred years from now, we’re gonna be talking about Jay-Z. When we think of hip-hop, we will think of Jay. But what is even more important than his album sales, is his affect on American popular culture. Let us not forget that all the other “kings” didn’t come from the culture that created the music that they played. Hip-hop is the first cultural phenomenon represented by a face in the community where the culture came from. This wasn’t possible for rock n’ roll or blues or jazz…it was Elvis and Mick Jagger and Benny Goodman who were always considered the best. But, now the king of rap is confirmed black. And that means a lot.
Chuck Berry, as great as he was, couldn’t do it. It took a few kids from Hollis, Queens to integrate MTV. It took a bunch of MCs from Brooklyn to integrate popular radio. It took hip-hop to the change the face of America. It changed racial politics. Kids in Beverly Hills now understand the plight of kids in Compton. It changed the way kids dressed in Brixton and Johannesburg. It gave a voice to the voiceless. It became so powerful, that it gave us the President of the United States. Without hip-hop there is no Barack Obama. And without Jay-Z, we wouldn’t be where we are today. I love Eminem. I love the Beasties…I will love the next Indian, Italian, Spanish, Asian rapper as well. But the king will be a NYC African-American, just like the founders Bambaataa, DJ Hollywood, Grandmaster Flash and a few others. So I lift a glass to the King and look forward to the day when he passes the Beatles with the most number one albums of all time! Cause, damn, he already crushed Elvis and his blue suede shoes.

Ight young, after thinking long and hard (no homo) I have come too a decision too FULLY PRODUCE my mixtape or Ep (it depends on the Quality)..... Why? Because, now a days its hard too find a good beat over the internet that million people haven't heard, rap, or sang over.....And trying to buy a good beat is gonna cost u money niggaz just dont got right now.... Also, I think its a good way for me too get my name out there as a producer as well, and make people start getting hip to my production label, W.E.I.R.D Musick! Honestly, I just hate rapping or having anyones sloppy seconds. I like to have exclusive ish, one of a kind. I dont want people to say "Yeah Shawn rapped over so and so's beat." Naw, I want people to say "Damn what beat was Shawn rapping on, that shit was dope." Good Pherrell Interview
I think Pherrell is right, if u have the opportunity, go to school. I put school before everything, even though I hate it. Also, as far as music goes I agree with Pherell 100% PRACTICE ur craft and try to be u and orginal. I know being original is hard to do sometimes when now a days everybody raps or sings. But u gotta stay true to u.....As an artist I find myself on a lonely dark road because I feel like Im the only one that truly believes in myself and see my vision, and thats fine. I refuse too put out garbage, I dont care if I never come out with anything. Like Oddisee told me, u gotta make sure ur ready, dont force anything if ur not ready, your time will come. So,I practice and and read about music everyday, I teach myself how to make beats and record. I only been making beats officially since July and I feel like Im comp to a lot of niggaz. Honestly, I personal feel like my music is better than a lot of people if not all, call me cocky if u want but I call it confident. The only reason why I dont put alot of stuff out is because I still havent mastered the art of mixing and mastering my ish, im a perfectionist I want my ihs too be as close to perfect as possible...... But all in all to who ever reads this my advice to u is try to be the best u possibly can be and work like u know there is somebody try to take ur spot.
